Welcome to Five Stones Woodworks! I'm Randy Ohler, a self-taught wood turner/carpenter. I put together this site just to give you a glimpse into some of my most recent pieces, and to let you know where I'll be showing next!
In this season I have chosen to focus on showing my work at Artisan markets, shows, and commissions rather than selling online. This allows the customer to see and hold the pieces, to feel the textures, and experience the beautiful finishes in real life.
Each piece is created with found trees that I mill myself, then finished with milk paint, and non-toxic bees wax for a rich, beautiful finished piece that's 100% from nature.
The candles are poured from beeswax and tallow, scented with pure essential oils, and finished with natural wood wicks.
